Cancellation Policy

If you do not cancel your Hotel reservations by 4:00 p.m. on the day of arrival you will automatically be billed for the cost of one-night’s lodging. You must call the Hotel directly at 410-962-8300.

Please note that CMS and the SHIP Resource Center will not be paying for your Hotel accommodations, airfare, ground transportation, or meals.
